Product selection and quote
Next we help you choose the right products from ProVia, Andersen and Pella, matching style, material and budget to your home. We then prepare a clear, written quote that spells out exactly what is included, so you can make a confident, informed decision.

Ordering your windows and doors
Once you approve the quote, we place your order with the manufacturer. Quality windows and doors are built to order, so we keep you informed about timelines and let you know what to expect as your products are made and shipped to Western Colorado.

Scheduling your installation
When your products arrive and pass inspection, we schedule your installation at a time that works for you. We give you a realistic window for the work and confirm the plan in advance, so installation day is organized and predictable.

Expert installation
Our crews remove the old units, prepare and flash each opening, and set your new windows and doors level, square and plumb. We seal and insulate properly, then finish the interior and exterior cleanly. We protect your home throughout and clean up completely when the work is done.

Final walkthrough and support
Before we leave, we walk the project with you, demonstrate how everything operates, and confirm you are happy with the result. We review your manufacturer warranties and remain a phone call away for anything you need down the road.

Process questions
On installation day, our crew protects your floors and furnishings, then carefully removes the old window or door. We prepare and flash the opening to manage air and water, set the new unit level and square, and insulate and seal around it. Finally we finish the interior and exterior trim, clean up thoroughly, and walk you through how everything operates. Most homes are completed in a single visit, though larger or commercial projects may take longer.
From your first consultation to a finished install, most residential projects span a few weeks, with the majority of that time spent building your made-to-order windows and doors.
